I opened my agency in 2023 after working as a State Farm team member, bringing firsthand experience into building a supportive and grounded office. Today, our team includes five members, and we’re focused on growing together in a way that’s intentional and people-centered. I’m married with a young child and enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening, and staying active in our church, which influences the values we bring into the workplace. As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Michaela Voeller - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
